You could spend enough time and money just collecting books on the subject of Superstition
Mountains and the Lost Dutchman Mine. This is a very intriguing and interesting subject if you
really get into it. It is still questionable whether it is fact or fiction. Many people have gotten lost
or died in these mountains. I believe the legend itself is factual but not all the things that are written
are accurate.
I have spent years reading and researching this area. I am no
longer interested in purchasing books for my collection on
the Superstition Mountains. I have listed here just a few of
my favorites that I had in my collection on the Superstition
Mountains, followed by a few on just Arizona.
